I'm very excited to launch PayTransparency.work, a new site dedicated to sharing pay transparency rules across the United States. More and more states and local jurisdictions are mandating that employers disclose salary ranges to job-seekers and employees.
I've written about pay transparency in Colorado in the past, and I'm very excited about creating a platform to present structured, detailed, actionable data about transparency rules.
PayTransparency.work is open source and welcomes contributions of new features and additional pay transparency data.
